Sophia Easterbrook, Co-Editor in Chief
Hey Raptors! My name is Sophia Easterbrook and I’m so excited to be one of the Co-Editors in Chiefs this year! Here are some fun facts about me: I am the varsity tennis captain this year and have played on the varsity team for 4 years. Last year, we got our first ever state title and I’m beyond grateful to have one more season to try for another! I am also the Senior Vice President, and I love being involved in our school community and especially our spirit weeks. Some of my favorite events at Magnet are FNL, AP picnic, wall day, and prom. Some of my hobbies are hanging out with friends, going to the beach, reading, and traveling. I have an older brother at Clemson University who is studying Computer Information Systems and went to the School of the Arts for saxophone. My favorite subject at AMHS has been AP Psychology junior year with Mr. Stackhouse. Overall, I am so excited for my senior year and all of the events to come. My goal for the Talon is to write about engaging topics and include nuanced articles; I hope we can make the Talon a fun and interesting read!
