Starting high school can be an exciting yet intimidating experience, but for freshman Owen Farr, it’s an opportunity to keep doing what he loves and striving toward his dreams. From his love of soccer to his dreams of a future in engineering or professional sports, Owen is looking to the future. A hard-working student who enjoys the outdoors and values the connections he makes along the way, Owen is a young man with a plan.
Owen likes to play soccer and futsal outside of school, which allows him to practice and stay active. He also likes to go fishing in saltwater and freshwater and makes the most of his time outdoors.
Weekends are typically spent either fishing, playing soccer, or simply walking around with friends. These allow him to relax and enjoy the time outside of his school studies.
Even though Owen does not watch many movies or television programs alone, he is open to accepting a broad variety of entertainment. When it comes to music, his favorite genre is country, and he listens to it whenever he can. His taste in music reflects his easy-going personality.
Academically, mathematics is Owen’s favorite subject as he enjoys problem-solving and logical reasoning. His favorite class, however, is English 1, thanks to his teacher, Ms. Akery. He enjoys the fact that she is very nice and that her class is easy to understand. Having a nice and engaging teacher makes learning more enjoyable for him he also said.
In sports, Owen is a big fan of Liverpool. He keeps up with the team and likes the way they play and how successful they are. His interest in soccer is not limited to being a fan.
He also hopes to play at a high level himself. He would like to play soccer in college one day and, if possible, even professionally in Europe. Should soccer as a profession not work out in the long term, he would want to pursue engineering and attend a decent college to ensure a secure career.
As for food, Owen enjoys starting the day with waffles, the breakfast food that gives him the energy he needs to survive the day. Cookie dough is his favorite flavor of ice cream, a delicious dessert that is as fun as he is.
If he could travel anywhere on the planet, Owen would travel to Alaska. The state’s natural beauty, fishing opportunities, and strange wildlife have made it a desirable location for someone who enjoys the outdoors as much as he does.
Last but not least, Owen’s long-term dream is to be a professional soccer player in Europe. He knows this dream will require hard work, dedication, and perseverance, but he is willing to take on the challenge. Whether on the soccer field, in the classroom, or simply socializing with his friends, Owen is going to make the best of his high school career and work towards a successful future.
With his passion for sports, love of the outdoors, and commitment to his education, Owen Farr is a freshman with a promising future before him. Wherever life leads him, his enthusiasm and drive will certainly take him to great places.
