On October 14, the boys and girls Varsity Swim Team traveled to Columbia to compete at the State Swim Meet. Both teams swam incredibly well, resulting in 3^rd place for the boys and 4^th for the girls. Almost all the relays podiumed and many of the swimmers PR’d. The girl’s streak of two consecutive state titles was lost, but are proud of what was accomplished and hope to keep the tradition of being a family alive for the remainder of the year. The boys are on track to continue podiuming next year as they have a multitude of new underclassmen swimmers that benefit the team greatly.
