Aaron Rodgers, a pro bowl quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, is a standout in the NFL and has led his team to play for an NFC championship this weekend.  Beyond his numbers and spectacular play, there is something that you may not know about him.  He has not talked to his family for over two years ever since he became quite a hot commodity in the NFL.  

Aaron Rodgers has quite a feud with his family and has not talked to them in over two years.  This occurred a few months after he began dating actress and model Olivia Munn who is not seen in the best image by the rest of his family.  In actuality, the fighting started between Aaron and his brother Jordan who starred on The Bachelorette and hoped to tie the knot with his sweetheart JoJo Fletcher.  Aaron does not think too highly of Fletcher which caused some tension between the two brothers.  The two started fighting and Aaron did not like the decisions Jordan was making, although he has never even met JoJo Fletcher.  

The entire Rodgers’ family claims that the fame of Aaron changed him as a person as he became an all Pro Bowl quarterback, leading his team into the playoffs multiple times along with a Super Bowl in 2010.  Ever since he took over the starting job from Brett Favre in 2008, he has become a star both on and off the field.  He is the image of many State Farm commercials and is the center of the offense of the Green Bay Packers.  

Aaron Rodgers has not spoken to his family for over two years as a result of the fame and the girlfriend troubles.  Apparently, his parents and brother are not too fond Olivia Munn, which started some of the arguments.  There appears to be no trouble in paradise, but there is some back home.  Aaron didn’t take kindly to the fact that his family apparently hates his sweetie.  They claimed they didn’t trust Olivia Munn and that he wasn’t dating her for the right reasons.  Aaron would beg to differ.  As a matter of fact, all of the meetings between Munn and the Rodgers family have gone badly and have led to even more tension.  Aaron decided to choose her over the rest of his family who have made bad remarks about her.

Since there is very little contact between Aaron Rodgers and his family, they do not see very much of him.  His family does not attend his games because he does not care if they come or not; he says if they want to come then they will have to buy their own tickets.  When his family sent him Christmas gifts one year, he sent them right back to his family because he did not want to be associated with them.  Also, he did not even attend his grandfather’s funeral because he did not want to see his family.  It does not look like this feud is ending any time soon because none of the family members are willing to budge and make amends.  We will see if anything happens during the offseason that allows Aaron Rodgers and his family to come to terms and start speaking once again.
