Have you ever wanted to make chocolate brownies?? But you don’t eat/like eggs??? AND YOU ARE AN AMATEUR BAKER??
OH BOY WELL DO I HAVE A RECIPE FOR YOU.
I call it… Eggless Brownie. It’s simple, and not very elegant, but it gets to the point.
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 to 1.5 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder (depending on how much you love chocolate)
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar (If you like your brownies on the sweeter side)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- A little bit of salt (If you’re a salty person)
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of coffee powder
- A fist of walnuts or other nuts that you would enjoy biting into
Alright amateur bakers, let’s get into this.
Turn up your favorite artist so you can get into the groove (I suggest Rae Sremmurd).
First, you will need to mix the milk, vinegar, oil, and vanilla in a bowl. Then in another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, coffee powder, salt, and sugar. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold until it all looks as smooth as a smooth rock. Grease a 9×9 pan with butter and gently pour in the batter. Sprinkle the crushed nuts of your choice onto the batter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
After done baking, place the brownies in a secret location where none of your friends and family can find it. If they bother you and ask to try some, tell them to go read this article and make their own, because the fresh, succulent brownies you made are all yours.
