Opening of Magnet Men’s Lacrosse Season
So far this season, the Men’s Academic Magnet Raptors lacrosse team has suffered close losses to Bishop England (8-7) and Hilton Head (8-6). They were also defeated by Socastee (9-6), Wando (16-5), and Porter Guad (10-9). They have had great victories over St. James (20-0) and Carolina Forest (18-9). Over the next couple of weeks, the Raptors have away-games scheduled in Columbia and Lexington, South Carolina. Come out to the Academic Magnet High School for the Raptor’s next home game on Sunday, March 26th to see the Raptors take on Bluffton, or Hilton Head on Tuesday, March 28th.
Senior, Chris Camp says that “Despite our losses this season, we are still progressing as a team. Though we have a lot of work to do, with each game, we come closer together as a team.”
