It’s Halloween weekend, and there’s plenty to be excited about: candy, parties, and costumes. However, there is also a great lineup of high school, NCAA, and NFL football matchups to add to the fun of Halloweekend. With this in mind, I asked the Talon staff to make their picks for each game this weekend with a reward being promised to the winner.
