If you’ve ever seen CNN 10/CNN Student News, you’re probably familiar with Carl Azuz. The popular news anchor graduated University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications. In 2008 he began reporting for CNN Student News- a 10 minute news segment intended for students. In addition to producing and reporting on CNN 10, he also appears on CNN Newsroom giving in depth explanations on a wide range of topics, including the U.S. debt limit and the cost of college. Carl is very private with his personal life, even his age is a mystery (Carl did not respond to my tweet asking him his age). The website http://wikinetworth.com suggests that he was born in 1989, making him 28 years old. However, he appears to be mid forties. Outside of work Carl speaks at various events across the country including national conventions, workshops, charity events, and graduation ceremonies.
